We offer free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the countries listed above. You will NOT need to pay customs fees, duties, import taxes, or tariffs. Simply place your order and enjoy hassle-free delivery with no hidden fees!

Processing time
Once an order is placed, it requires a processing period before shipment.
- Standard: Ship in 1–3 business days
- Express: Ship in 1–3 business days
- Economic: Ship in 2–5 business days
Shipping time
- Standard: 7-10 business days
- Express: 3-5 business days
- Economic: 9-15 business days

FASTER SHIPPING
Need your order delivered sooner? Email us at info@unityrefresh.com with the product SKU and your preferred delivery date. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the best available shipping options.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
Standard & Express: The tracking number will allow you to monitor the entire shipping journey.
Economic (9-15 Business Days): The tracking number in your shipping notification email may not show updates until the package reaches your local post office. This is normal for economy shipping services. If you’d like the most up-to-date status of your order, feel free to email us at info@unityrefresh.com
CANCELLATION
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or had a change of mind, kindly email us requesting a cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the cancellation is successfully processed before the item is shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, once the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, a return process may need to be initiated.
LOST SHIPMENTS
Lost shipments are extremely rare. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs or other logistics checkpoints. However, if your order is not delivered within 75 days of purchase, we will consider it a lost shipment. Provided the shipping address was correct and the package was not refused or unclaimed, Unity Refresh will issue a full refund.
