Refund policy

    
All products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, except for those labeled as "final sale" on the product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please reach out to us and state the reason for the return. Unity Refresh will provide you with the return address of the nearest warehouse based on your location. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please ship the item back and share the tracking number with us within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

   

CANCELLATION
    
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, please email us to request a cancellation. You will be given a full refund if the cancellation was processed successfully. However, if the item is shipped, it can not be canceled. In that case, a return process may have to be initiated.
   

   
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS
    

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Unity Refresh within 14 days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the item and its original packaging when reaching out.

Unity Refresh will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

Returns Required

In many cases, the original item must be returned in its original packaging. When a return is required for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Unity Refresh will cover the return shipping cost. The customer is required to ship the item back within 14 days of receipt and provide tracking information.

Refunds Without Return

In certain situations, Unity Refresh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund up to the amount paid by the customer without requiring the item to be returned. In such cases, ownership of the item transfers to the customer, and Unity Refresh is not responsible for the storage or disposal of the item.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum responsibility assumed by Unity Refresh for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. Unity Refresh is not responsible for any costs associated with the storage of disposal of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
