Return and Refund

RETURN
    
You have the option to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, unless it is specifically labeled as a "final sale" item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us and provide the reason for the return. Unity Refresh will provide you with the appropriate return address based on the nearest warehouse to your location. Please note that unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will not be covered by Unity Refresh. Once the return shipment is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
   
   
RESTOCKING FEE
  
Please note that for returns that are not due to a defective or incorrect item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
   
   
CANCELLATION
    
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or had a change of mind, kindly email us requesting a cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the cancellation is successfully processed before the item is shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, once the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, a return process may need to be initiated.
     
   
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS
    
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we kindly ask you to request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please take several photos of the product and include them in your message. Based on the situation and your preference, we will either provide a replacement or initiate a refund process.
